Too Much To Do!!

Have you ever had so much to do you do not know where to start!! That is me today. I have 2 million things to do and all I can do is sit here and think and dread it all. I am so excited about going on vacation!!! I just want to be there and be done with everything I need to do.

Lucas is so excited he can't stand it. Yesterday morning he said "Momma guess what we only have to go to church 2 more times before we go to Disney World" That is all he really cares about. He hates going to church he says it is so boring. He told Brother Pat one night we needed to get a tv at church. LOL..Actually it is not just church he hates to go anywhere. All he wants to do is stay home and watch tv and play with his toys.Definitely his fathers child! Not me I want to go somewhere all the time.

We had a good weekend but I have to say church was not at the top of my list this weekend. I really couldn't get with it. I kept thinking about all the things I need to do. Sunday Kyle and Amy came up for church. They are leaving Disney the week we get back so they are just as excited as we were. SO that was fun we just sat and talked about where we were eating and everything we had reservations for. I just want to sit here and twinkle my nose. Everything would be packed, my house would be sparkly clean and my kids would be so nice and quiet. I can't hardly blame them for being so wild. They are really excited about leaving.LOL OML just as I typed that Lucas came running through in his cowboy hat bandanna and holster on with the broom and Logan following with the mop. They ran in the bedroom to sword fight. LOL... Oh well I just heard my dryer buzz so I go to go fold some clothes.

Super Tired!!

Well the weekend is almost over and I am so tired. Have I mentioned I am leaving for Disney World in 2 days. I have not really packed. Well I have packed for the boys but nothing for me and Bradley. I have been trying to do laundry all weekend. I still have not finished all the kids clothing that I wanted to do. Oh well if you know us you know we work best under pressure. So my next two days are going to be extremely busy!! I still have to do a little shopping also. Bradley and I went shopping Friday night he bought shoes that he doesn't like so now I have to take them back and exchange them for something I pick out. Which will never be right!! I can shop for Bradley on anything BUT shoes!! LOL Oh well right now I am supposed to be watching a movie with my husband and I am not real sure I know what is going on. So I am going to catch up. Have a good week!

OML...

I only have 4 more days to get ready to leave. Dad is leaving Tuesday afternoon and I have to have my suit cases packed when he leaves around 1 or 2. Since they charge so much to check your bags! Oh well I have my boys Plus Wilkins, Will and Addy today. So I am getting nothing accomplished. I am only here to be the mediator today! I have nothing packed, laundry to wash, desserts to make for this weekend, and I need to clean my house in a bad way.

So when Bradley gets home we are probably going to run get something to eat and hopefully go get him some shoes! Then we are supposed to be at the church at around 7 to do some clean up in the basement. Tonight is booked. Tomorrow I have to drive Miss Daisy (My Mom) to Trenton early in the morning. Not to mention the huge storms that we are going to have to drive in. Get home cook for church get ready. Sunday is full with church and eating at church. Monday I will probably be running around like crazy and cleaning.

Right now I am sitting here and all the kid are outside except Wilkins and she is just wondering around. I think they are being mean to her outside. She usually loves to play outside at my house but today she keeps coming to the door saying"side side" I assume that means she wants inside. I am so sleepy. We have been sewing at moms every night this week. Even after church Wednesday night. I haven't been getting home until after 11. I need to do some shopping and finish up a couple outfits for the kids. Oh well when Wednesday gets here it will all be done and we will be on our way!! I can not wait!! So it's time to get busy again!! Have a good weekend!!

Packing and Cleaning!

Well I have officially began packing for Disney. I know it is still a week a way but we have a million and one things to do before we leave not counting this is 4th weekend coming up. So this weekend is pretty much shot for me. I had to work today and tomorrow I have 2 extra short people to attend to. I have been working on catching up my laundry from this weekend in Atlanta. After tomorrow I have to Thursday and Friday I am pretty sure I will have 2 extra rugrats again. Then as I have already said it is 4th weekend. Monday is free as of now. So I am planning on packing the rest of our things cleaning the house and just getting those last minute things together. I have to work Tuesday until 1 so after that I am going to try to have nothing to do except get some rest. Dad and LeAnne are driving so I have to get all of our clothes to them before they leave. We are flying Allegiant from Chattanooga. Our flight leaves at 8:15 our time. That means we have to be gone from our house by 4:30am and pray to God we do not get stuck in rush hour traffic in Chattanooga. I will be so relieved when we get to the airport and we haven't missed our flight. I am so ready to leave. I wish it was tomorrow morning and I had everything done already. I guess I will have to suffer another week. I am thinking that it will probably go by fast with everything that I have to do. I am sure when Tuesday arrives I will be wishing I had one more day to get everything together! LOL. Oh well I am going to go make sure Lucas is actually cleaning his room and he is not in there asleep. Have a good week!!

Well I went to weigh tonight. I have been worried in my 11 weeks of weight watchers about what the scales will say. This week I was really worried. We went to Atlanta this weekend and I ate all weekend. It was bad. I had cake candy bars chips etc... Anyway I must have been good last week because I think it counter acted my bad weekend. I actually lost almost a whole pound. Granted I wanted to lose more than that this week. I am just glad I lost and didn't gain. I guess walking the 2 miles right before weigh in might have actually helped.

Have I mentioned I am so ready to leave for Disney. It is officially less than 9 days until we leave. We actually got to check in online today. I can not wait. Well I am about to head to bed because I am super tired and I have to work tomorrow.

Home Sweet Home

Well we are home finally!! We got up early Saturday morning to head to Atlanta to see Bradley's brothers and their families. It was not the best trip we ever made to Atlanta. I think Bradley and I could have very possibly killed each other. Neither one of us were in that great of a mood. So it seemed like we were both apologizing every time we turned around. I mean I love him more than I can ever tell you but when he wakes up later than he wanted to and it was a lot earlier than he normally wakes up anyway. He is a little on the edgy side. Well that just drives me crazy and I really wish I could keep my mouth shut. I just can't it isn't in my blood. Plus I got up early and was up late the night before so I had a head ache. Oh well we made it! Stopped by GW's house and Logan had a little poop accident. Well it looked like Hansel and Gretel had been down the hall. The trail led right to my innocent little year old. When I found him he said "I torry (sorry) momma" He can't talk real plan! Anyway we then left and went to his other brothers house got ready and went to the singing. It was good and I got to see some of my very good friends that I don't get to see that often. It was nice to see everybody and talk. Anyway we stayed up way too late last night. Then we got up and went to church with them this morning. We stuck around and chatted for a bit. We got on the road and headed home pretty quick. I was so tired and as soon as we got on the north side of ATL the boys were asleep and Bradley was like I am so tired can you please drive. So I did. I drove until we got to Chattanooga and everyone woke up. So mommy didn't get a nap. I dozed off for about minutes right before we got home.

When we got home unloaded the car and got everyone settle I ran to the grocery store then by mom's house to get some things. I ended up staying there longer than I meant to. LeAnne and Addy were there. Wilkins and Addy were performing for us. Dad wanted me to show him how to operate his new video camera so I did that. Now I am going to bed because I can't keep my eyes open. It has been a busy weekend but the next 10 days are super busy. We are trying to get things together for Disney. Have I mentioned I can not wait!!!

Oh P.S. Lets don't even talk about how many points I ate this weekend!! I don't think I am going to make my goal.

Well we have been super busy. We had a yard sale today at mom's. So I just basically worked on a couple more outfits for the boys. I think they turned out really cute. If I do say so myself. Right now the kids are in bed and I need to be up getting our stuff ready to leave in the morning. Yes we will be heading to the BIG ATL!!! I am so tired from the past couple days plus I just realized that it is almost midnight. OML what am I doing?! Oh yea I am addicted to blogging and keeping up with everyones life! After the yardsale Mom, Brandy, LeAnne, Wilkins, Addy, Lucas and I went to get us some Mexican food then to Target. Lucas is so crazy I wished I would have had a camera. He was so wanting to buy this jacket but it was like 2 sizes to small. He was walking around target with that jacket on and these spiderman crocs that were tied together. He is so silly. Then of course LeAnne had to torture Lucas a little bit. She had a knee high on her head. He was hysterical screaming and crying. She doesn't care! LeAnne loves to scare him. Oh well I am going to bed. We have a busy weekend ahead.

can't go back to sleep...

I know why am I blogging so early?! I woke up to fix Bradley's lunch and breakfast. I think I fixed it my sleep. Then as soon as I laid down I couldn't go back to sleep. I laid there thinking did I put any lunch meat on Bradley's sandwich and I am so hungry. Oh well I pretty sure he only got cheese and bread today. LOL So I am up with about a hour before I normally get up. I have to take the kids to Nana and Papaws this morning before I go to work. So I have to leave early anyway.

I am not complaining but our phone at work has been crazy. I work for a mill work company. They make doors windows and all kinds of trim. So as you can imagine when the weather get nice it gets crazy. Also I work with mostly men and I am by far the youngest girl there. Actually there are only 4 other women that work there one of them is my mom and the other 3 are in there 40's. I answer the phone, 8 lines to be exact. Most of which are sales calls. So 8 phone lines ringing, 3 salesman. Somehow it just doesn't work out. Plus the guys are bunch of babies. I tell them all the time if I wanted to deal with this I would have become a kindergarten teacher. They are babies!! Yes they do still love me. If I want to really get under their skin I just tell them "Put on your big girl panties and deal with it"!!! They must like me more than the receptionist before me because one of the salesman threw a stapler at her. LOL.. Yes a stapler!! There is a dent in the filing cabinet behind my chair to prove it. Oh well I am thankful that the company is doing good. I just get tired of the guys whining then I get to come and listen to my kids do the same thing. LOL

I am working with the thought in mind that it is only 13 more days until I leave for Disney. Have I told yall how excited I am? I love Disney and I can not believe it is almost here. I have so much to get together. I just have a few more things to pick up for the kids but Bradley needs shoes and clothes. Shot me now!! I had literally rather be shot as to take him shopping. LOL He hates to make a decision on anything. Oh well enough for this morning I think I will get up and maybe do my walking video before I get ready!! Have a good day!

Zebra Halter Dress

I told yall we had been working on some outfits for the kids to wear to Disney. I came up with this outfit and I appliqued the Minnie and Bow. Mom put it all together. I think it is totally cute!! I will post more pictures soon. We have some things finished but we haven't got around to taking pictures yet! You have to see the Minnie birthday dress I appliqued for Wilkins last night...Mom has this dress for sale on her etsy for 25.00.. That is so cheap but adorable!!

Weighed in again!

Ok so yesterday was another Monday. I had some running around to do. Groceries and that kind of stuff. So I loaded up the boys and off we went. When we got home Me Lucas and Logan started cleaning out another section of the flower bed. Bradley stopped by the church on the way home to help his dad hang some drywall and then he went to there house to get the tiller. I am so ready for him to get our garden planted!!! Hopefully he will get that done tonight.

So as you can probably tell I go to Weight Watchers Monday afternoon. And I lost 2lbs this week. Which I am really happy with!! Especially considering it is almost that dreaded time of the month... I usually don't lose any the week before and I did this week. So YAY for me!! I am only 12lbs shy of my goal of losing 40lbs before we go to Disney. Which is 2 weeks from tomorrow!!! I am so excited!!! I have so much to get together before we leave.

We have been making some new outfits for the kids. When we get the pictures I will upload them. They are so cute. I finally got to get the Mickey Mouse applique designs for mom's machine. Of course the girls outfits are way more fun than the boys. That is ok I just as excited about putting the girls outfits together!!! Anyway I will probably go finish them up tonight!

OH well I just got home from work and now I have to go fold some clothes!! Till next time...Have a good week!

ER Visit???

This weekend has been a strange one! Saturday Bradley worked almost 10 hours of overtime!!YAY...I love overtime for him!! LOL. So the boys and I got up cleaned a little I finally all of the families summer clothes and the winter clothes put away. I now have a huge yard sale pile ready. Then the boys wanted to go outside and I decided to mow the grass. So of course I get finished with the front yard and start on the back. I get all the way to the back of the yard and I ran out of gas!!! Then I just loaded the boys in the car and headed to Almaty. I needed to get a couple things. So I figured I would just get it over with and get gas while I was there. Well we all know you always end up with way more than you intended when you go to Walmart. By the time I left I had spent 3 times more than I intended on and they were even out of what I went to buy. (yard sale tags or stickers) But I did get some potting soil, flowers, top soil, little shovel, 4 cans of spray paint, gardening gloves and something else that I can not remember at the moment! LOL Must have been a real necessity right!! Anyway we stopped grabbed something to eat got gas for the lawn mower and headed to the house. By the time we got home Logan was asleep. So Lucas and finished mowing the grass, cleaned out the flower bed put some flowers and a few seeds out and topped it off with some top soil. By that time Bradley was home and Lucas convinced him to play baseball with him. Then we did he normal Saturday night thing! Ate baths then church!

Today Brother Pat went off to church so we stayed home this morning. SHHHH don't tell anybody. Yea right he has eyes that stay here when he goes and I think they give him the absent tee and he compares that with who was off visiting with him. Then he knows who stayed home. Today that was us. Bradley was so tired and I was wore out myself. Mom and I ran got a part for the embroidery machine and ran in a couple stores to find some solid color shirts to embroider on. We still can not find them in colors that has nothing on them. Suggestions would be appreciated it. We have been working on some stuff for the kids to wear on vacation! I will post some pics when I can. Anyway Dad took Lucas, Bryson and Will to see "How to Train Your Dragon" this afternoon. They loved it!! Lucas has been dying to see it. Bradley and Logan went to sleep when I left at 12:30 and slept until I got home at 3:30. They are sooooo lazy..LOL...Then we did the normal Sunday night things baths dinner and church. It was a good service just kind of a tear jerker.

Well here comes the interesting part.....Mom's face started swelling this afternoon. SO she took some Benadryl and she fell asleep. Well she didn't come to church tonight. After church I called to check on her and she said she wasn't any better. So I decided I might need to go check on her.LOL Bless her heart she was a nervous wreck but her face was red as a beet and it was so swollen. LeAnne told her she was finally growing into the Middlebrooks nose. But I thought it looked more like a Guffey nose!!! She looked like she had a dip in her mouth. It was awful!!! Leanne and I finally convinced her to go to the ER. Well we should have just stayed home. We went back at 9pm the Dr. came in asked her what she had done different she said nothing he said I am give you a shot and some pills and prescription. We were literally in the car driving home at 9:40. No matter her BP was 176/97 and she had other symptoms. So we took her home and put her to bed. I am hoping she feels better in the morning. I offered to work for her in the morning but I am so tired right now so night night!!!

Nothing Major

Nothing really exciting happening in our world. Except Bradley get to work again this Saturday!! I am super excited about that. I am also cleaning out for a yard sale we are having next week. I am getting rid of a lot of my clothes. If they are too big I am getting rid of them. I don't want to ever fit in them again!!

Oh and I went to Sam's this morning and they had the walking video with 4 miles. When the kids laid down for their nap I tried it. I am wore out!!! I only made it thru 2 miles. I probably could have forced myself to finish it but it says take it slow do a mile at a time. Plus I don't want to over do it then dread the next time. I think tomorrow I will just take a nice walk around the neighborhood. I do really like to do the video. Also I am not going to get my hopes up but I stepped on my scales this morning and I was excited. I had kind of set myself a little goal this week. I think I might make it....We will see come Monday!!!



Anyway on another note. Our anniversary was yesterday and I was so emotional all day. I don't know why just one of those days I guess. But when I went to get Bradley a card I couldn't even look at the sweet mushy ones like I always get him. I went straight to the funny ones. He always gets me a funny card. Not this year! He not only got me a sweet card (it something about after all these years I still have the biggest crush on you, it was really sweet) but he also wrote like a novel in it. No seriously the whole left side of the card and about fourth the way down the right side. It was so sweet I cried like a baby. After I read it I looked at him and he was crying too. Now those of you that know my husband knows this is a BIG thing for him. This is the same person that bought me a PlayStation game for our 4th anniversary. Yes a PlayStation game!!! Not only did he buy me a game but he called me after he had bought it and was like it is something you would never buy yourself. Ok so if there are any guys reading this. Rule#1 in buying gifts if you look at something and think "She would never buy this". Turn and walk the other way, like maybe towards the JEWELRY counter!! Oh well god love him he has come a long way and this was by far the best thing I ever got for our anniversary.

9 years ago...

Yes it is our anniversary!! Wow I can not believe it has been 9 years! Part of me feels like it was just yesterday and the other part of me can not remember life before we were married. He was and still is my very best friend. I am so thankful that I have him. Oh well no major plans for today. We are calling Disney or anniversary present.

Well I won't bore yall.. Also no comments needed about the above picture. That was us on our honeymoon in Savannah. We know we were both a LOT smaller. The sad part is he actually looks better with a little weight. Why is that? Why can men gain 50lbs and they look BETTER!!! I have only gained 75lbs and I have had 2 kids!!!! LOL I guess that is life. I am going to clean a little and do my walking video before Bradley gets home! Have a good day!!!!!

Walking Video!!!

Ok so I noticed a lady I go to church with had been losing weight. So I asked what she had been doing. She said she had been doing a walk at home video that like a mile walk. She made a copy of and gave to me. I thought I walk a mile around my neighborhood so it couldn't be too bad. Oh my lord. I did for the first time Monday. I was so tired and sore by the time I got to the end. I am not kidding it isn't just walking. It gets faster and faster to the music. I did really like to do it. So yesterday afternoon Bradley and I were sitting around bored as usual. So I mentioned something about that video. He was like Haley it is just walking can't be that bad. So I said why don't you do the video with me. So to my amazement he did. The video is like 20 minutes long. About 8 minutes into the video he was sweating and huffin and puffin over there. He was like you did this whole video. I was laughing so hard most of the time anyway. If you know my husband is really tall and lanky. I wish I was video this. Those long arms and legs kicking and side stepping..LOL.. Bless his heart he doesn't have any rhythm. LOL. I was hilarious. Oh well I am going to try to do it two times today. Maybe I will be able to make it to work tomorrow.LOL

I am wanting to have lost 40lbs by the time we leave for Disney in 3 weeks from today..YAY
Got a little a less than 13lbs to go I think I can do it!!

Easter Day

Sunday was so busy. First thing I got up and went to pick up mom to go to the church. It was our week to clean the church and since we had such a late night Saturday we had to go Sunday morning to clean. So we went ahead and took our food and eggs. When we got to the church it was already cleaned. I love the people we go to church with!! I thought I knew who probably did it but apparently Brother Pat and Sister Tammy figured we didn't get back in time and just did it for us. That was so nice. So we went back home got everybody ready and grabbed the Easter baskets and off to church we went. We had a normal Easter Sunday service. My Granny and Grandaddy came up for church and Dad and Brandy came so we had our whole family there. It was nice! Anyway we had dinner at church then up stairs where all the kids usually meet so we can take some pictures of everybody together. The kids can never really sit still because they are so excited about hunting eggs. Finally went out side and off they went... Logan just wondered around he got about 20 eggs and Lucas was all into it he had like 40 eggs. Then it was still our turn to clean the church. So Bradley went in and started vacuuming he was about half way finished when I finally got the kids rounded up and got inside. We were the last ones to leave of course and it was not even 2:30. I was really excited I thought it would be way later. When we got home the kids were so tired. Logan went to bed and Lucas went out to play with his bubbles and sidewalk chalk. Then back to church last night. Some of our good friends stayed for church last so we got to go out and eat with them at one of my favorite restaurants. (Cheddars) It was fun we laughed and the kids played. Logan spent the night with Papaw so I just had Lucas. When we got home I felt like I had been hit by a truck I was so tired. We got our jammies on and went to bed. Lucas is such a mommas baby. He was so excited he said "Daddy do you have to work tomorrow" Bradley was like yea. Lucas said "No Logan or Daddy just you and me momma" He is a big baby.LOL.. Oh well that was our weekend. And I got tired of trying to upload photos on this blog. So I created a slideshow of Easter Photos above so you can see our days events.





Oh and I thought I did really horrible this week but I must have been paranoid. Of course I didn't track my points because I was so busy. But I lost this week check out my ticker to see my total. I was really happy!! 2.8 lbs is a big deal especially when I thought I did really bad!!!



Right now I am sitting on the couch in my jammies with my babies. Logan is sitting right up under my arm and Lucas is laying on the other end of the couch sound asleep. We have all had baths and we are extremely tired. Lucas and I had to run take a few things back today, then clean up the house and this afternoon we mowed the grass. It was such a pretty day but it was really really warm. What happened to spring. It was 90 degrees outside today...Oh well until next time.. Have a good week!! Night Night

Easter Weekend 2010

Well this weekend was very very busy but we a had a good time! Thursday was buttercup pics and they went well. We were supposed to have a family picture made but Bradley had to work late. So we just did the boys. Here are a few pics I took before our session.

Then Friday I had to finish up a little shopping so the boys and I headed out about 9 got back home about 1. Got my cup cakes done and they were super cute. Anyway then went to the singing it was good but I didn't get home until Midnight. Then I realized that Bradley needed jeans washed. So I stayed up until 2 cleaning and washing and drying clothes.

So then Saturday we headed to Trenton to Kelsey Le's graduation party. So we sat around talked for a while. Then Aunt B wanted to dye some Easter Eggs. Well we started at the table. Then decided we would just sit on the driveway. It is a good thing we did because we had several accidents. I must say it was Brandy's child that made the first mess. Then my child soon followed with mess #2. Then we just lost count

But all in all it was a good day. We ended going to Chattanooga to do some shopping with Aunt Maronica and them before they headed back to Florida. It was nice to spend some time with them. I must say I was extremely tired by the time we got back into Murfreesboro.

Well I am sick of uploading pictures for now so I will blog later about Easter it was very very busy and lots and lots of pictures... Now I am going to grill some hamburgers. Then go to weight watchers I am really nervous. I have not been very good this weekend...:(

Potty training is scary...

Well we are quiting cold turkey today. I have been working with Logan for months on potty training. He is 2 1/2 and I am sick of it. If I take he will go but if I forget or Bradley has him he wets his diaper. He does NOT tell us. So I woke up this morning went to get a diaper and I was OUT!! OML.. I don't know how I let this happen. Anyway I thought that is it I am tired of buying diapers and he is perfectly capable of being potty trained plus I really don't want to have carry diapers around Disney. So I put on the big boy underwear (with he rubber underwear over ) and he has been using the potty all day..No accidents so far. Me him and Lucas have been shopping since about this morning and he did great. Still hasn't told me but I am happy so far. I figure it will make me remember more and maybe he will feel bigger and want to do it. So pray this works... I don't know what else to do!!
